In pigmentation Turmeric can help even out your skin tone and colour. Simply apply a little turmeric mixed with cucumber juice or lemon to the affected area. Leave on for fifteen minutes or more, and wash off. Do this everyday, and gradually you will notice your skin colour returning to normal.

Day 4 - Coffee report

So today is day 4 of drinking coffee. (3 cups a day). I woke up with quite troubling stomach and liver ache. Upper arm ache, joint pain, headache and my eye feels like it’s becoming infected in one corner.  I have never felt so awful in my life. Let this be a warning to all when you change your habits and revert back you sure do feel the effects! Go green Go natural!

Coffee > Review > Solution

Hi all!

So this week i had to use some coffee up that was left in the house (so it didn’t go to waste). After day one i felt a bit grogey…but then…day 2! oh my god was i feeling the effects!. Before you make the change in your life to cut something bad out you never realise the effects it has on you. Then say a couple years later you revert back just for a short time to the bad thing you’ve cut out, you sure do notice the effects then!! So what i decided to do is write up about this and show you some of the things found in coffee, as well as healthier alternatives if you really must have that hot drink!

So let’s take a look at whats in your typical ‘Mocha’.

- Sugar, Salt, Skimmed Milk Powder, Cocoa Powder, Drinking Chocolate, Cocoa Solids, Instant Coffee, Dried Glucose Syrup, Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil, Milk Proteins, Flavourings Lactose-Whey Permeate and three E Numbers E340ii, E452i, E331ii.

-E452i is made up of lead, arsenic, E.Coli, Salmonella, ash, starch, konjac gum. Mmm tasty right?

Now moving onto what they ‘claim’ is in Mocha.

- All natural coffee

-All natural antioxidants.

As you can see from the above knowledge coffee is extremely lethal to you. I urge anyone who drinks coffee to rethink their decisions! Moving onto healthier alternatives if you are neutral and need something then opt for Barely and Rye. If you want to completely change then i suggest Herbal Teas these are so good for you! Be sure to get Organic teas to avoid the bleached tea bags of none Organic!

As always take care and be safe with what you eat!

Livedo Reticularis

Hello all!

Just a quick blog on Livedo Reticularis. This is a condition i have suffered with for about 7 years now and nothing i seemed to do helped! Recently i have changed all my bathroom products to natural things. I now use olive oil as shampoo, lemon as conditioner and coconut oil as shower gel. I have found a significant improvement in my circulation! When i get out of the shower it’s like i can feel every part of my body even my feet! That as someone with this condition would know it’s very hard to do.

I am by no means saying this is a cure as my lacey like pattern on my legs is still there. However, on the inside i feel like it is. Try it yourself and see how you get on and let me know!

Did it work for you? or do you have a product that works?

Introducing myself.

Hello everyone!

My name is Gabriella and i decided to start this blog for personal reasons, as well as a part of my business! Over the past year or so i have started an amazing journey! To cut a long story short i woke up!! Now those of you who follow me who are also “woken up” will understand what i am saying, correct? Those of you who don’t it means i have become awaken to this hologram we live in, illusion if you will. How people we trust “above us” mess with our food, water and lives! Where we pay for things with “digital illusions”.

This blog will follow me on my journey to freedom, health and spirituality! Soon i will be launching my own websites with my business partner discussing these things much further, as well as presenting hardcore facts to you!
